If a item proves to be unsatisfactory within 30 days of receipt, you may return it to us for a full refund or credit for other products in our inventory. Shipping & Handling is not refundable. All of our flashlights are solid state LED based, and have an excellent history of reliability. If your order comes to you damaged in the shipping process please make an immediate claim with the shipper and let us know you received a damaged product. Returns must be in new condition. A reasonable deduction will be made for any damaged or missing parts. Please provide insurance for your packaged return.
